Egg White Bakes (no oil, no salt, no fat)
- 25 cals (each bake)
- THE SKINNY: I love eggs. If I could have eggs for every meal I would and in every which way. Unfortunately, even with all the nutrients eggs have to offer, there are many bad factors that can come into play, the high cholesterol yolk and various fried fatty ways of cooking them. Even if you’re making an egg white scramble, you could inadvertently be adding so much oil it ultimately defeats all the healthy aspects of the meal. That’s when I came up with these egg white bakes. Fill each bowl half way with egg whites, season it some garlic, pepper, pop it in the oven at 375degF for 15-20 minutes until it rises and is cooked to where you want it and you’ve got the healthiest version of eggs I can imagine. You didn’t even need to add salt. Plus this is just the basic version, you can add any veggies, healthy lean proteins, feta cheese, etc… the possibilities are endless. Now go and get creatively skinny!
