20min Oven-Grilled Turkey Breast with Garlic Broccoli and Mushrooms

- THE SKINNY: I’m not the best cook, however, I love making my foods because I get to control what goes in it. This is such a simple meal to make. Get an oven pan spray it with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (spray can for portion control). Get your 3oz turkey breast (I get the 7 pack from Trader Joe’s), pepper both sides, take some garlic powder or puree and rub it on both sides, then set it in the middle of the pan (which you’ve already sprayed with the olive oil). From there take a handful of broccoli and a handful of mushrooms and place it all around the turkey breast, pepper the veggies, and pop it in the oven (which you’ve preheated to 375degF). Leave it in the oven for 20 minutes, at the 10 minute mark flip the breast over. Then at the 20 minute mark slice the turkey to make sure it isn’t pink and then take it out when it’s ready. The juices from the turkey and the oil will combine with the garlic to spread to the veggies and you’ve got a complete meal made easy.
